Strike Point Partners exists because of a gap we kept running into. Bowling centers are excellent at running buildings and terrible at being marketed — not for lack of effort, but because the work needs three different kinds of senior thinking, and no single center can justify hiring all three.

So we assembled the three chairs and made them shareable. A center gets a CMO who owns the growth plan, a Chief Creative Officer who owns how the center looks and sounds, and a CTO who owns the data underneath it. One team, one retainer, one number to answer for: revenue per lane.

How we work

We take on a deliberately small number of centers. Every engagement includes standing weekly working sessions, a monthly performance review against the plan, and the production capacity to actually execute — not just advise.

The partners

Senior operators, not account managers.

The people who show up to your working sessions are the people who do the work.

Chris Buonaugurio

Carrie Tschetter

Fractional Chief Creative Officer

Carrie Tschetter brings decades of strategic marketing experience to Strike Point Partners, helping businesses strengthen their brands, reach the right audiences, and turn marketing investments into measurable growth.

Throughout her career, Carrie has led and managed client accounts across a range of industries, developing marketing strategies that connect business objectives with effective execution. Her expertise spans brand and marketing strategy, account leadership, website strategy, digital advertising, audience development, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Carrie brings a business-minded approach to marketing, looking beyond individual tactics to understand the complete customer journey, from how a business is positioned and discovered to how its website, digital presence, and advertising work together to attract and retain customers.

At Strike Point Partners, Carrie focuses on turning marketing strategy into revenue opportunities for bowling and entertainment centers. She works with owners to identify underutilized capacity and opportunities across multiple revenue streams, from parties and group events to arcade, food and beverage, leagues, open play, and traditionally slower dayparts. By combining market positioning, digital strategy, targeted advertising, and customer acquisition initiatives, Carrie helps centers attract new audiences, increase utilization, and generate greater revenue from the assets they already have.
